Thabile is an Analyst in the Asset Management Team, where her responsibilities are assisting with portfolio performance reporting, commercial analysis and monitoring market and industry trends.

She began her career at Empact Corporate Real Estate Services where she spent her time supporting the team working on the asset optimization and management strategy of the Real Estate Portfolio of the state-owned power utility company, Eskom.

Prior to joining Kasada, Thabile was part of the graduate internship program in industrial property operations at Redefine Properties.

Thabile holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Property Studies from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg

Thabile is South African and speaks English, Sesotho, and isiZulu.
