Hakim is a Vice President within the Investment Team where his role and responsibilities include executing transactions as well as providing ongoing support to Kasada’s asset portfolio.

He has 10 years of multi-sector investment banking experience across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Prior to joining Kasada, he spent 3 years at Lazard (Paris) where he was a Vice President in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions group. In that capacity he was involved in a large number of acquisitions, divestitures and fundraising-related assignments across the Middle East and Africa.

Prior to that, he was an Associate at Barclays (Paris/London) where he spent five years in their investment banking division, advising on a wide range of transactions across Europe.

He has a MSc degree in Corporate Finance from ESSEC Business School (France).

Hakim is Moroccan and French. He speaks English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
