Tim is a Manager in the Asset Management Team. In his role his primary responsibilities include implementing, optimizing and monitoring the enterprise asset management systems, providing asset management oversight of the portfolio and driving improvement in operations of the portfolio assets.

Tim has 10 years of executive level hospitality experience spanning asset management, operations, revenue management, business development, analytics and process re-engineering.

Prior to Kasada, Tim was Operations Director at Tsogo Sun (South Africa) and previously Director of Acquisitions and Strategy for an independent hotel management company focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa.

Tim has an MSc in Financial Management from TIAS Nimbas Business School (Netherlands) and a BA degree in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague.

Tim is Belgian and speaks English and Dutch.
